I’ve never purchased a new home before. How do I get started?
You’ve come to the right place. Our highly trained sales staff is more than happy to assist you with all of your questions. Along with our preferred lender, they can help you determine what price you can afford, obtain a loan, figure out your home needs and more.
Can you help me get a loan?
Every Alliance Development new home community has an assigned preferred lender, just click on the “Get Pre-qualified” tab on the website
Can we tour our home while it is being built?
Yes, please call your Alliance Development sales representative at the community of your interest to schedule an appointment. Please only 18 years and older are allowed on hard-hat tours.
Do we get to choose our design features such as paint and flooring?
Yes, but this depends upon how far along your chosen home is in the construction. Your Alliance Development sales representative will gladly assist you in this matter.
How long does it take to build a home?
It usually takes about 4 to 6 months to build a new home.
Is my home under warranty?
Yes, all Alliance Development new homes come with a warranty. Please see the sales representative for details.
What should I do to maintain my home?

What if something doesn’t work
If you have any problems with your new home within the warranty period, please contact our customer service department listed under the “Contact” tab on our website.
Can I change the appliances I want in my home?
In some cases, prior to the appliances being installed, we will have an option to upgrade with a list and specifications for the available units.
Can I bring a realtor with me?
Yes we welcome realtors and offer them a commission. It is important to have them with you on your initial visit and have them registered.
